☺️ 6 x 1-HOURLY WEEKLY GUIDED MEDITATION SESSIONS ☺️

It is widely known that meditation can have amazing results, and could provide the key to some increased ease for you, so why not try to pick up the habit?  Even 5 minutes a day can bring amazing results - and we can all find just 5 minutes somewhere in our busy lives!

The amazing Trish will be hosting and guiding you through an introductory series of 6 online guided-meditation sessions (it’s so much easier with friends!) ideal for those who are new to the concept, or who would like help in making it into a habit.

One hour a week dedicated to your self-care and mental well-being and as an introductory bonus...it will be just £10 for the 6 sessions...less than the price of a cup of coffee per session.
