60 minutes as part of a group following live a guided group hypnosis session all designed to boost your relaxation levels.

These sessions will be delivered via Zoom live online so you can attend from anywhere in the world.

Benefits of hypnosis

Not only can hypnosis help you relax it can have a positive on a variety of other areas in your life including sleep, self-esteem, weight loss, phobias, pain management, goals and habits.

During the group session we will focus upon relaxations, yet you may experience benefits in other areas of your life.

Each session will take you through a guided group hypno-relaxtion plus a little extra including NLP and coaching elements.

Welcome - each session there will be a little welcome and hello to those attending to give people time to arrive.

What is Hypnosis  - just a brief background and understanding of what hypnosis is...

Hypno-Relaxation - your guided hypnosis designed to boost your relaxation and we'll add in confidence too. 

NLP & Coaching - at the end of the session I'll give you a little extra to keep you thinking during the week and progressing.

Sessions sizes will be limited to allow group engagement and questions.

2 sessions each week - daytime and evening.

Each session is a stand-alone session, you can book as little or as many as you want. Each session I will do something different depending upon numbers and if you've been before.
